Safety Culture
Our SAFE at WORK Safety Program sums up our daily goal for every person on all project and maintenance sites. We have worked hard to maintain an excellent safety record and believe a successful safety program is a direct result of the culture created through consistent practices. We believe a work culture that is serious about safety enables us to provide a “Safe at Work” environment for all our employees and stakeholders. Proper safe work training provided to all our employees, plus the job site review and inspections foster a culture of safe work habits for entry-level craft personnel upward through the executive level. We promote our “Safe at Work” program as the only way to do business.
Our employees are trained in OSHA approved programs, including OSHA supervisory training, PPE, HAZCom, Confined Space and in many other site specific areas.
