TICI is very conscious of the current shortage of craft and staff resources facing all contractors and plant operations. This shortage of resources doesn’t end with skilled craftsmen and supervisors but also extends to a shortage of component project managers and construction coordinators. TICI can provides supplemental craft labor, supervision and construction support personnel to fellow contractors and other customers. We have access to a large data base of local skilled and unskilled craft including component supervisors and project managers. TICI has access to rotating craft resources available throughout the year. TICI offers short term and long term assistance to fellow contractors who either cant or don’t want to bring on full time employees. TICI can fulfill those short term craft and construction support needs.
